Terrible! I ordered and paid for a swimsuit that never showed up! It's been almost 2 months. You cannot contact them directly. You can send "a ticket". They will reply after a couple of days and tell you each time that it's in transit. That's all you get!
Buyer BEWARE!
I ordered one item from ModLily back on March 21,20 and I still have not received as of May 14,20. I filed a complaint with them in April at the 30 day mark and ever since have only received replies back your package is in transit. In one reply they expressed the following " According to our policy, if you receive the order after 30 days of latest delivery deadline, I can apply a full refund, and you can still keep the parcel when receiving them" However I have yet to see the item I ordered or a refund at this point almost 2 months later. Does appear to be a scam website, I will go through my credit card company and hopefully get my money back, should Have come here to read similar reviews first before buying. UPDATE: As other reviews have indicated I too was given a bogus tracking number that is not recognized by USPS. Indicated "Duplicate number" as they are just re-using tracking numbers as part of their scam. I have also turned in a complaint with the FTC and urge others to do the same.

This lady, Ritu helped me very much. I was lost. My last two packages did not have any paper work in it. No slips of any kind. They did not fit & I did not know how to return anything. She was a big help. She is going to email me the slips that I need. Very good helper.

I made a purchase with this company 2 months ago and still have not received it. After multiple attempted phone calls and emails between Modlily and USPS I discovered that the wrong address was used to ship the package so it is just sitting at the USPS office because Modlily refuses to contact them and correct their mistake.
Don't waste your time or money with Modlily. I placed 1 order they cancelled 1 item, won't refund my money like they said they did over a month ago for the cancelled item. I returned items and they won't refund those funds either. They are mad cause I filed a Paypal dispute and are now threating me about it. They claim I have to cancel the dispute to get my funds now. Don't waste your money.

I returned a swimsuit the day after I received it, because it didn't fit. In return, for spending more than $38.00, I received a coupon, good for $5.00, if I spent more than $79.00 more!
Don't ever shop this site or try to return to this site! Also merchandise is very inferior quality!

I purchased an item of clothing. Very disappointed, the item looks very cheap, nothing like the photograph. Returning the item seems almost impossible. I will never buy from them again.
